Position: Receiving & Material Handling Associate
Position Type: Full-Time (1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Pay: $14/hour
Position Summary
The Receiving & Material Handling Associate is responsible for unloading, moving, and staging materials to support production operations. This role ensures that raw materials and finished products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to keep the production process running smoothly.
Essential Functions
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials
Move and stage materials to designated production areas
Load and unload parts, supplies, and finished goods as required
Maintain accurate counts and proper organization of materials
Assist in keeping the warehouse and staging areas clean and safe
Operate carts, dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified)
Follow all safety guidelines, including required PPE, and report concerns to management
Work cooperatively with production staff to meet daily needs
Perform additional material support duties as assigned
Requirements
No formal education or prior experience required
Ability to lift, push, and move materials up to 50 lbs frequently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
