Job Posting: Quality Floor Auditor
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay: $18.00 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Floor Auditor to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will perform a variety of technical assignments that directly support production, product quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This position is essential in ensuring our products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit production processes and products for compliance with quality standards (IATF16949 & ISO 14001).
Perform product testing, inspections, containment, and data reporting.
Review inspection data and take corrective actions to improve certified inspection systems.
Assist in training employees on quality standards and procedures.
Support quality containment, receiving inspections, and dimension studies.
Issue quality alerts and update documentation as needed.
Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and external auditors.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Prior experience in a quality or technical inspection role.
Familiarity with TI Automotive processes and equipment (preferred).
Ability to operate lab and inspection equipment (Keyence, filtrex, braze inspection, etc.).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel if required to support customer needs.
