Bilingual Shipping Team Lead – 2nd Shift
Location: Lebanon, IN
Pay: $25.00/hour
Pro Resources is seeking a Bilingual Shipping Team Lead for a growing manufacturing and distribution operation in Lebanon, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior shipping, logistics, or warehouse leadership experience who enjoys leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
This position will play a key role in helping develop and support 2nd shift shipping operations while ensuring shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Schedule Expectations:
- Primarily Monday–Friday
- Expected 2nd shift hours: approximately 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Flexibility is required during the transition and training period, which may include:
- Training on 1st shift
- Split-shift support while 2nd shift operations are being established
- Overtime should be expected based on operational needs, including:
- 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday
- Additional Friday hours as needed
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Shipping team through training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and transportation partners
- Ensure shipping documentation is completed accurately, including bills of lading and shipping manifests
- Monitor shipping supply inventory and operational needs
- Support quality standards and customer expectations
- Review shipping performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Leadership teams
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in Shipping, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations preferred
- Strong understanding of shipping and transportation processes
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
