Bilingual Production Lead (Spanish/English) – 2nd Shift | Direct Hire
Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (4-Day Work Week!)
Location: Lebanon, IN
Pro Resources is hiring a Bilingual Production Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a newly launched manufacturing facility in Lebanon, IN. This is a hands-on working lead role where you’ll help keep production running smoothly while supporting and guiding your team throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do
Perform daily start-up and set-up of production lines
Guide operators and assemblers to ensure orders are produced in the correct sequence and quantity
Monitor production flow and adjust as needed to meet daily goals
Perform spot checks to ensure products meet quality standards
Ensure team members are following established production processes
Communicate equipment, material, or workflow issues to the supervisor
Support safety, cleanliness, and organization on the production floor
Assist other team leads and help maintain overall team productivity
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Lead, trainer, or team support experience preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Experience operating production equipment or machinery
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
