Pro Resources is staffing for a Bilingual(English/Spanish)Warehouse Lead position in Lebanon, IN. The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations at our Lebanon facility. This position is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with the planning and execution of all warehouse activities, including overseeing Material Handlers to ensure timely and accurate completion of inbound and outbound orders as well as production support needs. The Warehouse Lead will collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Production, Sanitation, and Human Resources teams to ensure compliance with all safety, FDA, and SQF regulations. Additionally, this position serves as the backup for the Warehouse Manager, providing leadership coverage as needed to maintain operational continuity.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety policies to promote a safe work environment.
Maintain QMS standards, meeting food safety, regulatory, and customer requirements. Supervise Warehouse Material Handlers, directing daily tasks for efficient workflow. Coordinate timely raw material delivery to production and accurate finished goods put-away.
Manage sales order processes including picking, staging, and shipping. Enforce FIFO practices to preserve product quality and shelf life.
Report inventory discrepancies promptly for resolution.
Maintain accuracy in all warehouse transactions and documentation.
Ensure equipment maintenance and proper battery charging each shift.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven leadership with experience supervising warehouse material handlers to maintain efficient operations.
Strong communicator, skilled in working with cross-functional teams and directing staff clearly.
Proficient in operating sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks, following all safety procedures.
Experienced with RF scanners for accurate tracking and inventory management.
Solid math and English skills for documentation and calculations.
Holds a valid driver’s license, meeting company and insurance requirements
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
