Pro Resources is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a brand-new filtration manufacturing facility opening in Boone County. This is a direct hire role with competitive pay, great benefits, and the chance to grow with an exciting new operation from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems (including PLCs)
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery
Assist with automation and light fabrication projects
Follow all safety procedures and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Skilled in PLC troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and use of industrial tools
Strong safety awareness and problem-solving ability
Physically able to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
