Welder - 1st Shift
Pro Resources has partnered with a local outdoor fireplace manufacturer, and we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Welding Associate to support daily operations. This role is responsible for the welding of all manufactured parts in the warehouse.
Hours:
8:30am - 4:30pm M-F
**Hours may vary with increased needs**
Pay:
$22 to start, but may increase with performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Welding GMAW and GTAW
- Grinding post weld according to a documented standard
- Polishing post grind to a documented standard
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Read and understand written instructions
- Read and understand prints and technical drawings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Great communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to bend, climb, and walk throughout the shift
