Job Description

Shift and Compensation
-1st shift
-7am-5pm Monday-Friday
-7am-12pm on Saturday
-Pay: $17.00/hr
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Place and organize scrap metal onto scales for processing
  • Sort various types of scrap metals accurately and efficiently
  • Operate heavy equipment including Bobcat and/or forklift
  • Utilize skid steers, material handlers, shears, and balers
  • Assist with scale house operations as needed
  • Load and unload scrap materials from trucks
  • Perform general labor duties to support yard operations
  • Work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
 
Background Profile
-High school Diploma/GED
-Must be able to read and write
-Must have valid driver's license
