Pro Resources is staffing for an Injection Molding Associate in Greencastle, IN. You will support the manufacturing process by operating machines, inspecting plastic components, and assisting in the production of high-quality automotive parts. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow.

Job Duties:
Load/unload plastic parts from injection molding machines
Trim, inspect, and package molded parts according to specifications
Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues to the supervisor
Record basic production data as required (counts, defects, lot numbers, etc.)
Assist with material handling (labeling bins, sorting regrind, moving parts)
Perform other general production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be able to read and understand 100% English
Must be able to work independently and follow directions
Must have good attendance
Must be willing to work overtime
Must pass pre-employment Drug Screen
Must pass pre-employment background check
The ability to lift at least 50lbs while standing, bending, or twisting for a minimum of 8 hours
