This position involves operating machinery, assembling parts, and ensuring products meet safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Duties:
Assemble interior and exterior automotive components using hand tools, power tools, or automated machinery
Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures to ensure consistent product quality
Inspect finished parts for defects and report any quality issues immediately
Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with 5S and workplace safety standards
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently with a focus on precision and speed
Rotate between different workstations as needed to meet production goals
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues
Record production data and complete documentation as required
Support continuous improvement efforts across the department
Essential Functions:
Must be able to read and understand 100% English
Must be able to work independently and follow directions
Must have good attendance
Must be willing to work overtime
Must pass pre-employment Drug Screen
Must pass pre-employment background check
The ability to lift at least 50lbs while standing, bending, or twisting for a minimum of 8 hours
