Job Title: 3rd Shift Wire Tech
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our 3rd shift team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including handling materials, maintaining organization, and ensuring timely and accurate movement of products. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment overnight.
Schedule:
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Full-time position with potential overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Stock, organize, and stage products for production or shipment
- Down stack and palletize products as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks
- Operate warehouse equipment (as trained and authorized)
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment (a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout entire shift
