3rd Shift PDS Operator
Hours:
10:30 p.m. -7:00 a.m. (Some weekends through the holidays)
Pay:
$15.75 per hour
A manufacturer of a variety of tomato-based products - salsas, condiments, canned goods, etc.
- May be hot/steamy environment
- Very clean facility
Job Description:
- Set up and tend to machines, insert and position materials
- Adjust machine for changes in size of product or to correct malfunction
- Verify machines are set up appropriately, and correct errors as necessary
- Ensure product is of acceptable quality, Notify supervisor of any errors
- Communicates with Fork Truck Drivers when new materials are needed
- Assist with various duties in the production department as needed
Requirements:
- GED/Diploma required for direct hire
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be afraid to get dirty
Dress Code (Food facility):
- Hair/beard net
- No Jewelry – All piercings should be removed
- Slip resistant shoes - No cloth tops, open toed, or open heeled shoes
- Work pants/jeans, no shorts
- T-shirts – No sleeveless shirts, crop tops,. Shirts must be tucked in
- No holes, tears or frays, or see-through/mesh material
- No clothing with beads, rhinestones, glitter, or any decoration that could fall off
