Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays

5:00am-3:30pm

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Serrator Operator to join a growing grating manufacturing facility in Garrett. This position is responsible for operating serrating equipment used in the production of metal grating. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and able to handle physical work while maintaining attention to quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities
Operate serrating machinery used to cut and form metal grating products
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and product quality
Load and position materials into the machine as required
Inspect finished product to ensure it meets specifications
Perform basic machine adjustments and report any mechanical issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
Ability to read basic measurements and follow work instructions
Comfortable performing physical work and standing for extended periods
Ability to lift materials as needed throughout the shift
Dependable with good attendance and strong work ethic
