Position: Band saw, rip saw, shear operator
Location: Garrett, Indiana
Shift & Compensation:
Schedule: Monday-Friday – positions are at least a two-month assignment but could go to direct hire with favorable attendance and performance.
Second- 2-10pm
Third- 10pm-6am
Salary: $21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines throughout the plant as needed to include rip saw, band saw or shear.
Qualifications:
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new roles within the manufacturing process.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements.
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Experience with welding and using a cutting torch is highly desirable.
- Must be able to read a tape Measure well!
