Team member is responsible for loading/unloading/masking and other preparation of parts as indicated by the customer or Shift Supervisor. Work closely with the production team, quality team, and Team Leader to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with regards to the quality and timeliness of products and services
Pay and Shift
Mon-Thurs 4:30am- 3:00pm OT on fridays as needed
$17 an hour
Job Duties:
Sequencing hoods as Ilsted on order sheet
Plugging all hoods prior to putting them into racks
Label racks along with hoods as defined on order
Ensure that sequenced hoods are loaded into truck as defined on order
Loading/Unloading parts on and off paint line
Masking parts for painting
Packaging parts
Touch up parts with paint as necessary
Paperwork as necessary
Housekeeping
Skills:
Must be able to communicate clearly orally and in writing with Internal staff.
Must have working knowledge of quality and safety requirements and processes in painting/manufacturing environment.
Must be capable of multitasking and keeping production on schedule.
Must possess ability to apply concepts of basic mathematics.
Must be able to pass forklift certification if required to operate forklift.
