Job Title: Shapes Department Production Associate
Location: Fremont, IN
Pay Rate: $21.15 per hour
Shift: Third Shift 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Thursday through Sunday
Job Description:
A leading glass manufacturing facility in Fremont, Indiana is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join the Shapes Department on third shift. This position is responsible for assisting in the production of custom shaped glass products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate equipment used in the shaping and processing of glass products
Inspect glass for quality and accuracy to customer specifications
Load and unload glass materials throughout the production process
Assist with measuring, handling, and staging glass products
Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move glass products throughout the shift
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
