Spray Line Operator General Labor 1st shift
Shift Monday Thursday 630am 430pm
Pay 16.10 per hour
We are currently seeking dependable hardworking individuals for General Labor Spray Line Operator positions All new hires are brought in under a general labor classification and cross trained in multiple areas of production
In this role you will begin by learning the powder coat spray line process with opportunities to transition into additional production duties based on company needs and your performance
What You Will Do
Load and unload parts onto a conveyor line for powder coating
Prepare materials for the spray process
Monitor the production line and ensure smooth workflow
Perform basic quality checks and inspections
Assemble and pack finished goods
Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the shift
Willingness to learn multiple areas of production
