Glass Washer / Production Associate
Location: Fremont, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $21.65/hour
Job Overview
Pro Resources is partnering with a residential glass manufacturing company in Fremont, Indiana, to hire a Glass Washer / Production Associate. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production operations and meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce residential glass parts by completing a variety of tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Operate machinery and use hand tools with provided training
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, stacking, organizing parts, unloading machinery, packaging, cutting, assembling, and handling materials
- Inspect materials and finished parts to identify quality issues and ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Qualifications & Requirements
- Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate machinery and hand tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
