Job Title: IG Pack and Seal – Second Shift

Pay Rate: $23.65 per hour
Shift: Second Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Job Description:
Seeking a dependable IG Pack and Seal team member for second shift. This position is responsible for packing, sealing, and preparing insulated glass units for shipment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack insulated glass units according to specifications
- Apply sealant to IG units to ensure product integrity
- Inspect finished units for quality, defects, and proper sealing
- Prepare and stage product for shipment
- Perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
- Work collaboratively to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Prior manufacturing, glass handling, or sealing experience preferred but not required
