Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking a 1st shift Carpenter. The candidate will support various shop operations including fabrication, finishing, polishing, and preparation of materials. Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn new skills in a hands-on environment.

Shift and Compensation 
  • 1st shift- 6am-4:30pm
    Monday- Thursday (possible overtime)
    First Day start time: 8am
    $19-21 based on experience 

Job Duties

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Perform carpentry and fabrication tasks
    • Polish metal and solid surface materials
    • Prepare parts and surfaces for painting
    • Safely operate power tools and shop equipment
    • Read and accurately use a tape measure
    • Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
    • Follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
  • Qualifications
    • Prior trade experience preferred (carpentry, metal polishing, or related fields)
    • Comfortable using power tools
    • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
    • Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
    • Self-motivated and reliable
    • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Background Profile
  • Lifting up to 50lbs - utilize lifting equipment for anything over 50lbs.
  • HSD/GED 
  • Cabinetry experience
  • CNC or router experience preferred
