Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mixing Technician to support our sealant production team. This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation and mixing process while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Pay: $20.00
Hours: Monday- Friday 2:20pm-11:50pm
Key Responsibilities
- Clean mixing vats, bowls, and related equipment
- Assist the mixing crew with daily production tasks
- Pre-weigh materials for upcoming production runs
- Clean and maintain parts and equipment extensions
- Follow instructions carefully and maintain attention to detail
- Work independently and stay motivated throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Solid basic math skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Minimum Requirements
- Reliable transportation and consistent on-time attendance
- At least 2 years of factory or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
