Job Description

Pro Resources is seeking a 1st shift Electrical Control Panel Assembler. This position is located in Fort Wayne, IN for a local equipment company. 

Shift and Compensation 
  • Hours are M-F 8-4:30 no later than 5.
  • Pay: $23.00-25.00hr.
Job Duties
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Assembling and wiring UL 508A industrial control panels
    • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
    • Installing and mounting components such as relays, PLCs, VFDs, and terminal blocks
    • Performing testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks prior to shipment
  •  
    Ideal candidates will have:
    • Previous electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
    • Experience with hand/power tools and wiring practices
    • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
Background Profile
  •  
    Prior electrical and wiring experience is a must, prior panel/ control box assembly is preferred. These panels are our ICS Control panels used in automation settings.
