Shift and Compensation
- 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6-2:30 PM
- Compensation is from 49,920 USD to 58,240 USD per year
Job Duties
- Prepare truck for operation by loading, securing, and verifying the accuracy of items to be shipped
- Perform daily inspections of truck to ensure safe and cost-effective performance with preventative maintenance in mind
- Deliver orders via the most effective route
- Maintain communication with company during deliveries to ensure any updated instructions are received
- Document delivery, accuracy and receipt of orders by the customer according to company directives and report any discrepancies to company
- Increase customer satisfaction by collecting information, feedback on service, and resolving complaints per company policy
- Inform customers of new products and service that can increase customer satisfaction and sales
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Maintain a safe driving record free of violations
Background Profile
- Class B CDL preferred; Chauffeur’s license required if no CDL
- 3 years driving experience
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid Driver’s License and DOT Medical Certification
- Forklift Certified
