Job Title: Operations – 1st Shift Starting 01/05/26
Location: Elkhart, IN
Shift/Pay: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $18.00/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated team member to assist with general operations. This temporary role includes forklift operation, use of hand and electric tools, and general shop maintenance, including cleaning, trash removal, and sweeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely (stand-up and sit-down preferred).
- Use hand tools, and electric hand tools.
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with general assembly and operational tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certified (must complete certification upon hire if not already certified).
- Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
- Basic math, computer, and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
