Sewing Machine Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Elkhart, IN
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay: $20.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our team in Elkhart. This position is responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality finished products according to company standards and production requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently 
  • Assemble, stitch, and finish materials according to specifications 
  • Inspect sewn products for quality and accuracy 
  • Maintain production pace and meet daily goals 
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines 
  • Keep work area clean and organized 
Qualifications:
  • Previous sewing experience 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality 
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks 
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
