Description:
Signode is hiring a dependable and hardworking Stacker for our 3rd shift production team in Elkhart. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality. Candidates with quality or production experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, stack, and pack products according to quality and production standards.
- Complete documentation for production and quality tracking.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures.
- Assist team members with palletizing, strapping, and material handling as needed.
- Demonstrate care for product quality and reliability on the job.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and desire for long-term, full-time employment.
- Must be able to perform physical labor and keep up with production pace.
