Molder – Elkhart, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift (4:30 PM – 3:00 AM) | Training: 1st Shift, for a week 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Mon–Thu, some Fridays
Pay: $18.00/hr + $1/hr attendance bonus
Job Summary:
Join a growing wood company in Elkhart as a Molder. This role involves working with saws, mills, assembly, quality control, and forklift operations. Candidates will build tables, use tape measures, and support production processes.
Requirements/Skills:
- Experience with molding, saws, mills, or assembly preferred
- Basic quality control and measurement skills
- Forklift experience helpful
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Responsibilities:
- Operate saws, mills, and other production equipment
- Assemble and build tables and other wood products
- Perform quality control checks
