Location: Elkhart, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Pay: $19.42/hour
Description:
Join a safety-focused team as a BargerGard Technician I, responsible for operating thermoform machines, inspecting and packing parts, and supporting packaging technicians. Under the guidance of the Production Shift Leader, you’ll ensure production meets quality and safety standards while working to improve efficiency and output.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (machine operation preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean, non-violent background
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
