Shift and Compensation
- 1st Shift
- Compensation is from 64, 480 USD to 68, 640 USD per year
Job Duties
- Follows policies, procedures, and work instructions for job responsibilities.
- Ensures that the finished parts meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Manage processing, approve documentation, and provide instruction regarding
requested approval parts, processes to customer(s). - Interface with engineering, manufacturing and customer on new product/process
launches. - Manage evaluation methods regarding nonconforming material and review
reporting on quality problems or trends for suppliers. - Ensures that quality is at the highest level.
- Documents and reports non-conformities immediately.
- Manage and develop operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate
production problems and improve product quality, - Responsible for creating, processing, and follow up of Return Material
Authorizations (RMAs) - Write procedures and policies to keep the company in compliance with quality
standards. Responsible for company adherence to these policies and procedures. - Confer with President, Marketing Director, and Production Manager to establish
production and quality control standards. - Responsible for the QAEL database and creation, proper completion, and follow
up of QC’s, Personnel Training, short term, and long-term Corrective Actions. - Assists with problem solving, corrective and preventive actions.
- Recommends continuous improvement projects.
- Responsible for ISO 9001:2015 updates, maintenance and audits including work
instructions and procedure and other quality standards, if applicable. - Ensures calibration of gauges and measuring devices.
- Develop and lead internal audits program, including coordinating and developing
internal auditors. - Attends Management review meetings to discuss safety issues, training, etc.
- Costing (cost analysis).
- Facilitates Safety Management meeting quarterly.
Background Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Math, or Related Field Preferred or Four Year Experience/Specialized Training or Equivalent Combination of Education, Experience, and Training in a Quality Manufacturing Environment
