Job Responsibilities
Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.
Review the daily production schedule and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Monitor tool cleanliness and ensure required tool cleaning procedures are completed.
Verify correct raw materials are supplied and delivered to the production area.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the department.
Follow all established work instructions and operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Process Technicians regarding production needs or concerns.
Contribute positively to team performance and productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.
Strong attendance and reliability are required.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and twisting for up to 8 hours per shift.
