Pro Resources is hiring for a local company that specializes in banding coils. We are seeking a dependable Rework Technician on 2nd shift. This position is focused on reworking banded coils that do not meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Rework banding coils that do not meet quality specifications
Lift 100 lb. banding coils from pallets and place them onto machinery
Operate equipment to unroll and re-roll coils to required standards
Inspect coils to ensure quality compliance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Ask questions when clarification is needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Must be able to lift 100 pounds independently and consistently
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and machine operation
Must past pre-employment drug screen
Must wear Steel-Toes
Must wear Kevlar gloves and Sleeves
Please note: Candidates must be physically capable of safely lifting 100 lbs on a consistent basis. Those who are unable to meet this requirement will not be considered for the position.
