Shift: 7:00am-7:00pm rotating schedule. Days only.
About the Role:
Pro Resources is seeking a dependable and motivated Heat Treat / Production Line Operator to join a team in Crawfordsville, IN.
Details:
Operate and monitor the Heat Treat production line, adjusting controls as needed.
Set and monitor line speeds, temperatures, and cycle times according to work instructions.
Load and unload metal parts into heat-treating equipment.
Inspect finished parts for quality, checking hardness and looking for cracks or defects.
Work closely with the Lead Operator to ensure production goals are met.
Maintain accurate production records, documenting equipment settings and results.
Perform housekeeping tasks to reduce Lead exposure throughout the facility.
Follow all safety procedures, including the use of respirators and protective equipment.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating production lines—including line speeds, temperatures, and control panels
Ability to read work orders, gauges, and control panels.
Physical ability to stand, lift at least 100lbs, and handle parts in a manufacturing environment.
Must pass a physical and respirator medical evaluation.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Work Environment:
Factory/production plant setting with heat, noise, and physical activity.
Requires use of protective equipment due to high temperatures and Lead exposure.
Must be comfortable with a full face respirator
