Powder Coat Associate
Location: Columbia City, IN
Pay: $21–$23/hour (based on experience) + $3.00/hour shift premium on 2nd shift

Pro Resources is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to hire a Powder Coat Associate for their Columbia City facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term growth potential.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift (Training): Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift (After Training): Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
(Includes $3.00/hour shift premium)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting)
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
- Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature/timing
- Load and unload parts on the production line
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Record production data and report any issues
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
- Familiarity with coating equipment and processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
