Location: Columbia City, IN
Pay: Up to $80,000/year (based on experience)
Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Optional weekends available

Pro Resources is recruiting for a Truck Upfit Supervisor for a well-established company in Columbia City, IN.
This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical experience who enjoys custom truck builds and mentoring a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 7–10 mechanics
Oversee installation of truck equipment from light-duty to Class 8 vehicles
Apply knowledge of automotive wiring, hydraulics, and welding
Plan and assign work to meet production goals
Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues
Maintain high quality standards and safe work practices
What We’re Looking For
Previous supervisory or lead experience in a mechanical or fabrication environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with truck or automotive equipment installation
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
