Entry Level Machine Operator

2nd Shift
Rate: $16.00 per hour
*Will train on 1st Shift 6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. then move to an off shift* (please let Sandy know which shift they prefer-2nd or 3rd and will try to make that shift work)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure continuous and efficient production.
- Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machines.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects or issues.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately complete production reports and documentation.
- Prior manufacturing experience would be helpful
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
PPE:
Steel Toed boots, hearing and eye protection, jeans, t-shirts (no rips, holes or strings on
clothing)
HSD/GED preferred
