2nd Shift Slitter Operator
Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM
Compensation $18+/hour (based on experience)
Overtime: Daily and weekend opportunities available

**Job Duties**:
- Set up and adjust slitting machine settings for accurate cutting of metal sheets or coils.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper positioning for optimal slitting.
- Thread material through the machine by hand to begin, then jog through the cutting press.
- Install, adjust, and hone spacers and knives to maintain precision.
- Inspect cut products for quality, verifying dimensions and checking for defects.
- Perform routine maintenance and report issues promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Prior machine operator experience required; slitter operator experience preferred.
- Ability to understand order specifications and input data into a shop floor PC.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
