Material Handler / Production Support
Location: Bristol, IN
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
HOURS:
- Start time typically 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM (depending on position)
- End time around 1:30 PM
- Overtime may be required; occasional early start times as early as 4:00 AM to meet production needs
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to assist with moving materials throughout our production areas, including lamination, inspection/breakdown, and panel lamination. This position plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with moving and staging materials in the lamination, inspection/breakdown, and panel lamination areas
- Perform heavy lifting (50+ pounds) consistently throughout the shift
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are available as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Breaks:
- One 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Two 15-minute paid breaks
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift
