2nd Shift Spindle/Machining Operator
Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:30pm
May be required to work OT
**MUST TRAIN ON 1st SHIFT (7:00 am-3:30 pm.)**
Pay:
$20.50 + $1.50 shift premium
$1 attendance bonus for working 40 hours/wk.
Direct hire after 90 days with pay increase, based on performance.
2ND Shift Openings:
Job Duties
• Sets up and operates multiple spindle machines equipped with automatic indexing and feeding mechanisms to perform turning, boring, threading and facing operations on metal formed parts.
• Plan and perform close tolerance setups with little or no assistance.
• Must be able to read and follow process standards, control plans and work instructions.
• Start machine, observe operation inspects first run and sample work piece to ensure machining conforms to specifications.
• Remove and install specified tooling during production run and changeovers while making necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- Steel toed or composite shoes
- Glasses and ear plugs, will be provided
- Uniforms, 5 will be provided. They will be ordered 2 weeks after starting through Pro. Once DH'd, you will receive 11 sets.
- Before receiving uniforms, you will be required to wear clothes that you are okay with getting dirty/oily - long pants, short or long-sleeve shirt
