Pro Resources is hiring a QC Lab Technician Lead for a direct hire opportunity with a top automotive manufacturer in Berne, IN. This is a great chance to join a fast-paced team, lead a small group, and make a big impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities of a 6-person QC team
Lead audits, PPAP submissions, root cause analysis, and Gemba investigations
Maintain training plans, check sheets, and control plans
Handle non-conformance issues and customer communications (occasional travel)
Conduct audits per IATF 16949 and manage RMAs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in automotive manufacturing
Six Sigma Green Belt or CQE preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, and SPC tools
Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift
$50,000–$60,000/year based on experience
