2nd Shift Press Room Helper
2nd Shift hours: 6:00 p.m. -6:00 a.m.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined 2nd Shift Press Room Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting machinery, ensuring quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
- Follow written instructions and production procedures accurately
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with strong observation skills
- Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, measurements)
- Able to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Steel-toed boots required
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive tasks required
