Join a team that brings cutting-edge automation to life! We’re looking for hands-on, mechanically minded individuals with a talent for blueprint reading and precision assembly.
Pay: $22–$28/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Daily overtime expected (1 hour) and Saturday mornings as needed
What You’ll Do:
Assemble complex automation equipment from detailed blueprints
Handle hydraulic, pneumatic, and lube plumbing to spec
Operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders
Mentor and support Tier 1 Assemblers
Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and drive results
What You Bring:
3+ years of machining or mechanical assembly experience
Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Confidence using precision tools and measuring equipment
Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems and geometric tolerances
High school diploma or GED
