Pro Resources Staffing Services is currently seeking candidates for the position of an Assembly Operator. Our local partner is a leader in tube manipulation and designing, manufacturing, and assembling fuel delivery systems. ?In this position, you will utilize work instructions to produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies, while also ensuring components are fit correctly and suitable for the final product. ?This position may include use of hand assembly and/or machine assembly as required to do the job with precision.
Shift/Pay Details:
2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
$17/hour
Job Description:
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
- Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
- Take precision measurements, as instructed, to ensure perfect fit of components
- Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications, as instructed
- Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
- Check output to ensure highest quality and efficiency
- Keep records of production quantities and time
Job Requirements:
- Assembly experience preferred, specifically in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery with provided training
- Quality focus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to submit to criminal background check and drug screen
- PPE: Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs, and Closed Toe Shoes (NO STEEL TOES REQUIRED!)
- Lifting Requirement: 45lbs.
