Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Training: On-the-Job Training Provided
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team in a wire terminating and harnessing role. This position involves small hand-work tasks, assembling wire harnesses, and ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
Perform wire terminating, cutting, stripping, and harness assembly
Complete small hand-work tasks with precision
Follow production instructions and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform small, repetitive tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality
No prior experience required — full training is provided
