Position: End Form Technician (1st Shift)
Pay: $18.40/hr
Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Mon-Fri (overtime as needed)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an End Form Technician to support daily production operations. This role includes machine setup, minor maintenance, quality checks, and ensuring tooling and materials are ready for each run. The End Form Technician works closely with operators and supervisors to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare machinery for scheduled runs.
- Perform first-piece inspections using basic measuring tools.
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance.
- Monitor quality during runs and complete random checks.
- Ensure tooling, gauges, and fixtures are maintained and accounted for.
- Provide materials and support to operators as needed.
- Communicate with supervisors and team leads regarding schedules and issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Lead or supervisory experience a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and quality.
- Excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
