Pay: $18-$22/hr DOE
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information in CRM
• Coordinate deliveries to customers with logistic department
• Coordinate with Production Manager for confirming delivery dates to customers
• Keep price lists updated
• Answer corporate phone line and direct accordingly.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information, payment information
and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Place of sales orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Advise on company information
• Place, modify or cancel sales orders and forecasts
• Navigate through customer portals to update sales orders and sales forecasts
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office
• SAP Experience
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
Education and Experience:
• College or Technical Degree (or equivalent gained from 3+ years of experience)
• High school diploma.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting
• Computer usage 70%+
