Candidates are eligible to be considered for direct hire after 3–6 months on assignment provided they maintain good attendance, strong work performance, and a positive attitude. Upon direct hire, employees will receive a pay increase and be eligible for a full company benefits package.
Shift and Compensation
• 7AM – 3PM with overtime as needed
• $17 an hour
Job Duties
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
• Identify, record, and report any defects or deviations found during inspection
• Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges (training provided)
• Maintain detailed inspection records, both digitally and by hand
• Support production by ensuring only quality-approved parts move forward in the process
• Assist with maintaining organization and cleanliness of inspection area
Background Profile
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working with small parts
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Strong attendance record and reliable work ethic
• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs as needed
• Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe shoes
