Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Manage pre-employment screenings and HRIS/ATS systems.
Support employee engagement, benefits, and compliance initiatives.
Assist in policy implementation and performance management.
Qualifications & Skills:
