Shift and Compensation
- Monday - Friday 7-4 PM
- Compensation is from 31,200 USD to 37, 440 USD per year (with possible increase mid-assignment)
Job Duties
- Data entry
- Processing a weekly payroll
- AP vouchering
- Accounting/raw material data input
- Electronic filing
- Scheduling of interviews
- Pre-employment Testing and Employee Events
- Keeping the mill communications board (physical and electronic) up to date/current
Background Profile
- Computer skills are critical, and Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Must be a “can do”, “look for things to do” kind of person. Likes to be busy and if not, asks/looks for the next thing to do.
- Must have a positive attitude, good natured, willing to work and show up every day.
- Detailed oriented but can get things to completion accurately and prompt.
- Not afraid to ask / go talk to people to get answers.
- Asks questions and can think beyond the task at hand. Creativity and inventiveness to make things more efficient.
- High School Diploma/GED
