Job Description

NOW HIRING: General Production – 1st Shift

Hours: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, package, and inspect products according to specifications
  • Operate production tools and basic machinery
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow standard work instructions and safety protocols
  • Complete required documentation (e.g., production logs, scrap tags) accurately
  • Notify leadership of any production or quality concerns
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Attention to detail and adherence to safety practices
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motions
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and labeling
