Job Description

Job Title: General Labor – Finish Line Paint Department 2nd
Location: Middlebury, IN
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM)
Pay: $16.00/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable general laborers for the Finish Line Paint Department. Duties include sanding, scuffing, paint prep, staking, and end-of-shift cleanup with acetone.
Requirements:
  • Lift/move up to 40 lbs continuously
  • Frequent bending, sanding, and manual handling
  • Hair pulled up if shoulder length; no dangly jewelry; shorts allowed
  • No steel-toed shoes required
Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday, 2nd shift
  • Friday hours may include overtime
